We organize training courses and educational workshops to promote the physical, mental and personal growth of young people; enhance health awareness and mental well-being through learning; and promote cross-cultural understanding through international exchanges and experiential learning.

For the benefit of the Hong Kong community, we promote physical exercise, emotional resilience and positive lifestyle habits; we organize community running and health programs, public health promotion activities and community sports days to reduce sedentary behavior.

3. Assisting the poor:

Provide financial assistance, resources, and opportunities to participate in education and health programs to disadvantaged children and adolescents; and collaborate with schools, social workers, and non-governmental organizations to support impoverished youth.

4. Promoting Inclusion:

Community health programs foster mutual support and inclusive participation; and community sports and educational initiatives enhance intergenerational and intercultural understanding.
