Your monthly donation will be used for:
1. 【Promoting Education: Growth and Mental Wellness Support Program】
A monthly donation of **HK$50** or more, helps the Foundation run training courses and educational workshops, enabling young people to enhance their health awareness and mental wellness literacy through learning. It also helps them build self-management skills and a positive mindset. By supporting international exchange and hands-on experiential learning, the program strengthens cross-cultural understanding and communication abilities—so every young person can move forward with more direction and confidence.
2. 【Promoting Health: Community Fitness and Emotional Resilience Program】
A monthly donation of **HK$50** or more, supports the Foundation in promoting physical fitness training, emotional resilience, and positive daily habits within the community. Through community running events and health programs, public health promotion activities, and community sports days, the initiative encourages young people to reduce sedentary behaviour and increase physical activity. At the same time, participants learn emotional regulation and stress-management skills, bringing them closer to the goal of a healthier body and mind.
3. 【Supporting the Disadvantaged: Learning and Health Resource Program for Vulnerable Youth】
A monthly donation of **HK$50** or more, allows the Foundation to provide financial assistance, resources, and opportunities for vulnerable children and young people to participate in education and health programs. By partnering with schools, social workers, and non-governmental organizations, the Foundation tailors support according to individual needs—so young people who are facing hardship are not prevented from growing due to financial limitations.
4. 【Promoting Inclusion: Intergenerational Companionship and Inclusive Participation Program】
A monthly donation of **HK$50** or more, helps the Foundation foster a spirit of mutual support through community health programs, encouraging young people from diverse backgrounds and community members to participate with openness and respect. Through community sports and educational advocacy, the program strengthens intergenerational and cross-cultural exchange—helping young people feel accepted through interaction, while also learning to care for others.
